Pregnancy is a physiological phenomenon, which ends up having fear, anxiety may be it is C-Section or Normal.Child delivery can be sometimes painless or may be painful but the main concern later should be the diet. Expecting a baby is the joyous experience for the women and the families.
Therefore nutrition deserves special attention after pregnancy maybe it is normal delivery or C-Section. The main focus of the diet after pregnancy should be the fulfilling nutrients and minerals lost during pregnancy and while delivery.
Nutrition requirement for the mothers must be:

Get Calcium-rich foods
Stay high on lean protein
Include high amount of liquid
Weight: The main concern after the delivery is the calories. The question that arises to every mother will we put on? Will we lose easily later?

Include all good source of protein: Soya, fish, meat, beans, legumes, lentils, nuts.
Fibre: Women’s who had constipation at the time of pregnancy should include a good amount of fiber –to minimise the effect.
Calcium: Include dairy products such soya paneer, milk and milk products, broccoli and yogurt.
